From the day David got this one to the day it's back here can be counted on your hands...that's right, just 8 days! It turned out incredible too. I figured there would be some things lost with this terrible stick, but he managed to turn it completely new again. The deep red merlot paintfill looks great, and the touch of the gold crown is nice too. I can try and post some better pics tomorrow in the sunlight but I thought I'd share already. Before and after shots are combined here:
Oh and by the way, I picked this one up from Ebay...that's not my handy work at an attempt to refinish prior to it's GA visit.

Looks like he did a good job on that one. I think I would send him a stainless, but not any other kind.

Finish looks good and the time frame is awesome. Quick question, did the putter have mill marks on the face going into the refinish and are they now gone? I can't tell from the pics and am curious.
If so, has that affected the feel of the ball coming off the face, at all?
Looks good,

They were very worn down prior to the refinish, and he took it down smooth. It has not touched a ball since coming back, I'm just going to sell this one. It's up in the BST right now actually.

It also looks like the corners are slightly more rounded now that it is refinished, and some of the look of precise machining seems to be lost. Perhaps this is just due to the pics, or it is because the original putter had deep dings that necessitated removal of material. Let us know!

Here are some better pictures. It is a little more rounded, but it wasn't really anything I noticed too much until it was said. The club was in pretty bad shape before, but I don't think there was anything too major wrong with it.

It's just a clean up for stainless steel. Bead blasted everywhere except the sole is a polished mirror look. I'm not sure about any of his finishes for Carbon Steel if he does them.

I tried sending a Bettinardi BB-1 Short Slant in to GA Golf Refinishing, and got a reply saying they don't do carbon steel putters at all anymore due to rust issues. Just thought I'd share that bit of info.
