Hey all,
I'm heading down to Vegas for the Monster Truck finals in March (26th - 31st) and was wondering if any of you have played some nice courses down there. Not looking to spend a lot of money on the course ($50-$75 per round) as I'd rather lose it in the poker room. Wouldn't mind driving about 1/2 hour to an hour for a nice course.
Thanks.

Without big connections you are going to be SOL for $50-75 per round. Budget at least $125 per and tht will still limit your openings. PS be sure to get reservations or you might not get on.

Are you going with a group, and if so, how many?? This is for anyone on the board, with groups of 10 or more, as long as 4 or 5 are willing to "roll the dice" I can get you hooked up very well.

There's only going to be 2 or 3 of us and I'll definitely going to be getting some early reservations. I'll keep that in mind about the price per round and budget accordingly. Thanks.

A couple of options:
1. You can check out discount sites like golfnow.com to get discounted rates for Highland Falls, Palm Valley, Black Mountain, and some others (rates will be in the range that you're looking for; however, they will be the later times with some exceptions).
2. While it is a goat track and is scheduled to close soon, you could check out Craig Ranch off of Craig Road where it will be only $30 riding or $19 walking (it's a flat course, not challenging at all).
