Hey guys, I have been tossing around the idea of going to the FBR Open at TPC Scottsdale in Jan-Feb my question is for anyone who has gone before. What do you suggest as far as tickets? Just buy a $25 general admision for each day?? Any help would be great, I have family in Pheonix so that is why I'm choosing the FBR, that and it's a kick a** tournement

I don't see any reason why the GA ticket wouldn't be sufficient (unless of course you can get into the skybox on 16.
I guarantee the experience at the FBR will be unlike any other professional golf tournament you've ever attended. The scenery is unbelievable...and I'm not talking about the landscape!
I would bet this year will be exceptionally chaotic, especially on Saturday (since the Super Bowl is about a 30 minute drive away on Sunday.
If you plan on sneaking in a round or 2 while you're here I'll be happy to give you some recommendations.
Enjoy!

Yes, buy them at the gate. Often when I walk up (or on the shuttle bus) someone has extra tickets for free.
Also, Van's Golf offers tickets at $15.

I have had Clubhouse passes on two separate occassions. It's the only way to go, IMO. General grounds passes are fine too. It is really crowded on Saturday and I would plan your schedule around that.
