I'm thinking about buying a new pair of black golf shoes that are a little more sporty (look more casual with shorts) and wanted some opinions. It seems like there are some good closeout sales and I like the styles of the Nike SP-6 II and Adidas Tour 360/Tour Metal II /Powerband.
Can anyone offer some experiences with these shoes? I like to walk 18 holes and will sometimes do so in 2.5 hours if there isn't a crowd. I specifically want to know about comfort, fit, foot fatigue, grip (to the ground), durabilty (both insole and leather).
Thanks!

I have the Powerbands and I LOVE them. I have 2 pairs and they feel just as comfortable as sneakers. They're stable as hell too. A really good shoe!

I own 360's, powerbands and tour metal II's. To me the Powerbands may be slightly more comfortable than the other two. I like all three, although I do ride most of the time.

In terms of fit, how does the size of the Adidas compare to Nikes? I generally wear at 10W in Nike golf shoes...would that be compariable to Adidas?
I've tried both the standard and wide sizes in the store and both feel great, but as you know, once you are on the course, it's a different story.

I don't own Nikes but have tried them on (sp-8's) and thought they run a little big. I also think Adidas run a hair big too. I wear 10's in Footjoy, 9 1/2 in Nike and 9 1/2 in Adidas.

I currently rotate 2 pair of Tour 360 II's and 2 pair of SP 6 II's and both are equally comfortable and durable. I honestly wouldnt be able to choose a winner. The one that costs the least I'd have to say.
