I have a classic pair of Nick Faldo British golf shoes that badle need resoling. I have not been able to find anyone on LI or in NYC that can do this. I had a contact in Arizona but cant find the e-mail.

They are in decent shape the uppers. The leather has no cracks in the leather or anything.

But the SOLE is destroyed. It was metal threaded like most old school shoes. The sole is leather, and I know it can be replaced as I have been told by shoe repair guys that it CAN be done, but they didnt have the proper soles and didnt think it cost effective to order them for me etc.

These shoes have centimental value and I want to fix them no matter the cost.

Please help!

Out of interest, what shoes are they?

Stylo Matchmakers?

I have to check when I return home. They are really nice looking shoes, I cant remember seeing a name on them other than faldos in the insole.

They dont have a toungue, they are really stylish shoes. Timeless. They have a cap toe with sort of a lizard leather, and the rest is Calf's leather.

I looked on Ebay and most of those style shoes look like garbage. The ones I have cost over $350 new and that was in the 1980's these are my old mans and we have the same foot size. They fit me well have played many rounds but the heels are just SHOT.
