Alright, did anybody here not gain at least 5 pounds? yahoo.gif yahoo.gif How much weight did you gain or feel like you gained? I read an article back in the 80s about the Chicago Bears. It stated that the average Bear gained 8 pounds the day after Turkey day. I don't know if that is true or possible, but it makes for a good story!

If I look at the scale it screams and scuttles about the room so the only clue I have is that I need to wear suspenders as none of my belts fit. blink.gif

My wife tells me that by me wearing suspenders with a nice golf shirt and shorts, "It looks so tacky". I normally wear the calf supported loops for my black socks too. biggrin.gif

My cardiologist would be proud of me, I've maintain my weight very well over Thanksgiving, plus I've more than likely added 6 or 8 more to it. bb.gif

I actually think I lost some weight. I've been lifting weights and trying to eat right for the last 2 months and my metabolism must finally be kicking in. For about 6 weeks I got nothing. I started at 182lbs in early September, weighed in at 172 last week, stepped on the scale this morning to see how back Turkey day hit me, was shocked to see it at 168. Stepped off and did a retake, same.

I'm afraid to jump on the scale. One thing I did notice was that it was a beaaatch puting on my uniform today. I had to skip wearing the b/proof vest. biggrin.gif

If your buddies in the force start calling you "Chief Wiggum" you'll know that you've let it go. wink.gif

Got the vest back on....but now I'm having trouble tucking in the shirt. It seems like someone shortened it! cheesy.gif
