Has anyone sent a pair back for repair? One of my soles has a big crack and needs to be replaced, and am wondering about cost and repair time. Thanks

Depending on how old they are, Foot-Joy should take care of it at no charge!! You would just have to pay shipping to send them back!

FootJoy repaired a 2 year old pair of Classics at no charge. The sole was split. They told me that if the shoes were in decent condition, their wouldn't be a charge. Only problem was when FootJoy nearly lost them, and I had to call a couple of times to remind them to look for them.
