Alright gentlemen heres the story, my and my group for golf operations class are the owners of tee it up golf club. We have bought a fleet of 90 carts we have all the information for out reoprt. I have decided to go the extra mile to try to get a few extra marks and I have created a basic policy and procedures manual for the people who will be cleaning and parking golf carts in the morning, during the day, and at night. I have also included a section on what to do for tournament days also. Tell me what you think. Sorry for the post being soooooooo long.

I agree, you have covered everything i could think of. The only point that i might add is to make sure you have a pencil that has a lead in it, very minor but something that could be an issue for some.

Wow, great list.

One thing- In "procedures" it should say "Make sure carts for first hour of tee times are prepared to go in order." Are instead of is. Don't know if that was any type of help you were looking for, sorry if it's too picky.

Could not think of much more, other than:

- double check that straps are tight and secure and that bag is placed on cart correctly (compartments, zippers, pockets facing back/outside)

Maybe that helps. Ziggy

It took about 4 hours all total doing a rough draft and a good draft. I have never done anything close to this, and like I think I said before I've never even seen one of these for a golf course.

Yeah Brad, that part of the assignment was awesome! I think we aced it! Too bad it was 7 pages long (only supposed to be 2, which is virtually impossible!) Great job though!
