Need some advice from my neighbors to the south. My FIL and I will be in Madison on a Monday morning, and I was originally going to try to play the Bergamont. But I've heard great things about University Ridge too. For those of you who've played both, which would you recommend over the other? Or is there another course within 10 miles of Madison that is better? Thanks in advance for your help.

University Ridge is a great course...you won't go wrong teeing it up there.

Even so, you can't go wrong with either course. Both are great lay-outs that typically are in great conditions. Interested in hearing which course you ended up playing that, and your opinion. So, afterwards, definitely post up!
