Who makes the best cart bag I'm lookin for one that has at least 6 dividers with full length dividers and one thats not to big like a staff bag Any ideas?

Take a look at the TM Monaco. Great bag. It might be just a wee bit bigger than what you're envisioning, but it is quite light and easy to carry for a 9.5 inch top and 14 full dividers. And it is very stable in a cart.

I've got the Ping Discover and it hasn't disappointed at all - external putter well, absolutely no tangling with the dividers, and plenty of room. You might be able to find them relatively cheap (or on eBay) with the new Ping line coming out. The new Pioneer looks very similar to the Discover with a few small changes. Good luck!
