So for the 14 club rule,

would a Medicus Non dual hing club count towards the 14 club rule or any other training aid clubs?

Bringing an illegal club on the round will get the player a penalty of a max of 4 strokes.
If it's used, the player is DQ'ed.
Number of clubs in the bag is irrelevant when it's about an illegal club.

The only training club the player can bring is a weighted club otherwise conforming to the specifications on clubs, and it must be counted as one of the 14.

when you say, Max 4, does that mean it can vary? match play is ok?

Rule 4-1 deals with this and the variation depends on when the illegal club is discovered in the bag, not on form of play.

If the player discovers the medicus club in the bag on the first hole and declares it out of play, the penalty is 2 strokes/loss of hole. If it's discovered on the e.g. 5'th hole, the penalty is 4 strokes/loss of 2 holes.

If the club is not declared out of play immediately after it's dicovered, the player will be DQ'ed.

Just to clarify the prievious posters' responses, a non-conforming club can be carried, but not used, in stroke play at a cost of two penalty strokes per hole where the club is carried, with a maxmium of four penalty strokes total. In match play, the penaly is loss of the hole, with a maximum of two holes lost. Using a non-conforming club is a DQ.

A training club may be carried as one of your 14 clubs, provided that the club conforms to the Rules.

I do not believe that your Medicus would qualify as a conforming club.
