My local course is holding a tournament on the 4th and 5th of July and they want to set tee times and flights on the 30th of June. We have a revision between these two dates. As president of an advisory committee for the course I am wondering if this is allowed. Thanks.

I don't see a reason why it would not be allowed. I think all you can do point out that a revision will occur between the setting of the flights and the tournament and ask that the tee times and flights be set after the revision.
