Overview
Hello, in this help file you will learn about the Golfwrx's feedback system created by Scott Oldford (http://www.scottoldford.com). In this file contains an overview of the system and a tutorial of the whole process and system.
Features
The feedback is a very advanced system and contains some of the following features.
- Add Feedback, fast, easily & free.
- Quickly add feedback from the overview page, profile or topic.
- Show all feedbacks, latest feedbacks and many more stats.
- Has a star system just like the worlds largest buy/sell systems, "Ebay".
- Shows' feedback for the last day, month, six month and year.
- A wonderful back-end with many other features that average users cannot see.
Walk - Through
You can easily access the feedback system by click the link on top of the golfwrx forum page which says " Classifieds Feedback Overview " or by going too http://www.golfwrx.c...utocom=feedback after you get there you will find a page with many different stats.
Adding Feedback
When you go too http://www.golfwrx.c...utocom=feedback there will be a box there that says " Add feedback for " click that box and type the username of the member you want to give feedback to. Also as another option you can enter the member id so for example if I wanted to add feedback for "easyyy" I would input "easyyy" or "1". Then select add and you will be displayed with a page with the information to input with.
The members username that you selected will be preset and is not editable to the user, if it's the wrong member go back and select the correct member id or username and if the problem still occurs please post it in the bug's forum. Then you select what type of feedback you want, the choices are "Good", "Neutral" or "Bad" please choose correctly as you do not want to give bad feedback for no reason. Then input the URL to the swap, if there is no swap or if a topic was deleted or not started leave it empty. Then select what the person your giving feedback is. Either "Buyer", "Swapper" or "Seller" then input the comment you want to give them, please make sure that it is descriptive as possible but not to long ( max 255 characters ).
Then click "Add Feedback" and the feedback will be given and you will be directed to the members feedback page.
Members Feedback Page
The members feedback page is accessible after you add feedback or in there profile by clicking the amount of feedback they have.
There you will find all their information and their stats, it is very similar to the feedback overview page just you look at the member only and not the forum members as a whole. Here you can also add feedback using the link located near the bottom.
Feedback Overview Page
The feedback overview page as said earlier carries a lot of information in one package & page. Here there are many stats explaining a lot about the system. It also tells the last "10 swapper" & "10 transactions" along explains the star system in a grid.
Star System
This system is based on the Ebay star system that if you get a certain amount of feedbacks you get a certain level ( color ) star. The starting level for stars is at five when you get a yellow star then you work you way up. The star is displayed just about everywhere next to your name and so you get recognized for you're well buying/swapping/selling status.
Well, that's about it for the tutorial ( walk - through ) it is a very big system but most of it is logic and anything that meant a great deal has been explained.
