Any idea why he bent all his irons 1 iron weak?

The easiest reason would be to increase bounce and/or reduce offset. Who knows what his reason is though.
Worth noting that his Wilson wedges are just moderate in the bounce.

Could be that when he pulls, say, a 7 iron, he expects it to look a certain way as to loft. As someone who generally plays older equipment, when I demo a newer offering I find it offputting to pull a 7 iron and look down and see what looks more like a 5 iron.
