    Having trouble learning to use the left wrist or trail elbow as described?

    Maybe your like the rest of the human race and lack neurons in the motor cortex for those
    body parts.

    There is no power in the hands and the wrists are free hinges
    in the kinematic sequence.
    The club accelerates at impact after the arms decelerate, (proximal to distal) only if wrists are allowed to be free hinges.
