Barstool Sports, G/Fore launch limited-edition “Disruptor” golf shoes

Barstool Sports and G/Fore have collaborated to create the limited-edition G/Fore x Barstool Sports Disruptor shoes.

The shoes are constructed of waterproof full-grain leather in a bid for maximum comfort and extended wear, while the lightweight design and cushioned interior of the shoes aim to offer players with a shoe which needs no break-in period.

The anti-microbial mesh lining seeks to offer breathability, while the shoes contain removable and washable insoles featuring duel density molded heel cups.

The Disruptor shoes contain G/FORE’s Comfort System Technology footbed nubs which are designed to allow airflow while massaging your feet, and also feature G/Round Control Technology which aims to provide golfers with maximum traction.

The shoes have been given the thumbs up from multiple Masters champion, Bubba Watson, who took to social media to announce his excitement at receiving a pair.

The G/Fore x Barstool Sports Disruptor shoes are available in sizes 8-15 and cost $250. The new additions can be purchased exclusively at BartstoolSports.com.

    Barstool Sports, whose founder tells sideline reporters to “sex it up and be slutty” then literally trembles when his quote is read back to him? That Barstool Sports? Yeah, no.

Adidas Golf launches new COLD.RDY apparel collection

Adidas Golf has unveiled its new COLD.RDY apparel collection designed to keep golfers warm throughout the Winter season.

The new line from Adidas focuses on giving golfers highly technical layering pieces that offer lightweight warmth, while also providing freedom from the cold. 

The COLD.RDY collection contains the hoodie made famous by Tyrrell Hatton who donned the piece on his way to victory at the European Tour’s BMW Championship. The hoodie features a jersey-lined hood with a drawcord along with a slight droptail hem for a modern finish.

Speaking on the new collection, Shaun Madigan, global director of apparel, Adidas Golf said

“How a player feels over a shot – that confidence and focus – shouldn’t change if it’s a hot summer day or there’s a sudden wind chill. Knowing golfers rely on layers this time of year to keep their seasons going, we wanted to give them the maximum amount of warmth possible without adding weight so that they could get the most out of every swing. COLD.RDY is our best technology and material innovation that accomplishes this to date.” 

While the collection is anchored by jackets and vests for both men and women, the COLD.RDY line also provides players with some versatility through unique styles. All COLD.RDY products come with UV 50+ sun protection for those fall and winter days when the sun is out.

PXG unveils Fall/Winter 2020 Golf apparel collection

PXG has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2020 Golf apparel collection featuring more than 70 pieces for men and women.

The collection contains multiple colorways and custom prints and features collared polo shirts, lightweight vests, pleated skirts and bomber jackets.

An expanded line of polos in PXG’s classic colors, as well as a selection of new colourful patterns for both men and women anchor the new collection, with the primary colors being Deep Crimson and Military Green which pay homage to PXG’s home state of Arizona.

Each polo features four-way stretch, a snap button placket and collar, moisture-wicking, side-seam vents, and UPF 50+ sun protection. The line also introduces two fit options for men, athletic and comfort, to meet the fit and fashion needs of a wide range of body types.
