    Very good, hit’s my all man flexibility right on the mark. Better turn produces better result even if it isn’t parallel as I have been preached to.

    Full turn is for under 30s. End of lesson.

      Thats a idiotic comment. Did you even watch the video. He said a full turn is as far as you can turn without the arms breaking up. Its got nothing to do with age whatsoever. I’m guessin ypu are probably one of these guys that just makes stupid whiney comments to every video stickney does.
