I have had numerous requests to talk about Bryson DeChambeau’s action in his swing, and here we are. So many great aspects to talk about. (We did a face-on analysis on Monday of this week on my regular channel as well to complete the picture)

Time to remove all the confusion when it comes to weak grips, single planes, strong grips and dual planes. Enjoy!

BD hits it great with roll over release, flip, right arm straightening at impact
    when his timing is on.

Both BD and Shawn would do well to listen to advise to “cut grass’,
ie sweep the ball with no release, no flip
Who ever heard of cutting grass (Melhorns grass whip) with a roll over release , or steep, flip of the hands.

Modern Instructors and golf media clamour over whatever technique happens to be winning or performing well that week/month/year. Its actually quite pathetic. How many golf teachers tried to talk away Jordans chicken wing, Phils over-swing or Potter Jrs over the top chop just because they won that week. BD is no different. He’s a fantastic athlete who has his own way of getting the best out of his game. His AoA is way too steep at times and he struggles with anything short of a full swing on a flat lie but hey, lets ignore that for click bait. Gold media and the associated teachers need to be better.

This is a shocking video, guy is maybe tasteful for the american market but he has very limited knowledge on how to swing to produce good numbers
