    Forward shaft lean, more consistent pure ball striking, compression,more distance are all a result of LAG. Lag is a result of an external focus, not internal focus on body parts,IMO.

      No… if you want shaft lean you must focus internally… i.e. suck in that protruding gut so the butt end of the club can clear and lean. Lean body part = shaft lean.
