Spotted: New Adidas Tour360 golf shoes

Published

on

We spotted Dustin Johnson wearing what looks to be new Adidas Tour360 shoes at the 2017 Northern Trust on Tuesday.

Johnson, who’s currently ranked No. 1 in the Official World Golf Rankings, has been wearing Adidas’ Tour360 Boost shoes the last few years, which includes his ascension to the world’s top ranking and his first major victory. But when he stepped on the range for the first event of the 2017 FedExCup Playoffs, he was wearing something different from Adidas.

While Adidas is not currently commenting on the new shoes, they look to be an upgraded version of the Tour360 Boost with some slight adjustments. They still look to have Boost technology in the soles, but the toe box looks to be clean, without the seams on the toe for which Tour360 has been known in the past. What do you think about Johnson’s new shoes from Adidas?

Update: 8/23/17

We spotted Johnson wearing a slightly different colorway on Wednesday with blue hits on the Adidas stripes instead of the white stripes pictured above.

All new shoes are a little bit hard on your feet.
Highlighted more so when you are walking miles on rough terrain .

I found 360 Boost shoes very comfy out of the box , but not everyone is the same .

also poor socks can factor in the way the shoes rub away the skin

These shoes are horrible for my feet. I wore a pair for 18 holes and pretty much tore up my feet. Theses are suppose to come out of the box ready. I think not!

For sale: $100.00 last years model size 12, wore once.

I love the comfyness of the shoes. I still hate the fact that a premium pair of shoes like this makes it look like styrofoam is the latest and greatest technology that they have. If i am paying that much for shoes they can at least clean that up.

I hate Boost. It feels like I’m on springs. Uncontrollable springs. I don’t need to jump at the ball. I need shoes that feel steady and keep me planted. I loved the Tour360 without the Boost and would still be playing them–especially if they came with BOA! Those were, truly, the best shoes I ever wore onto a golf course.

Get rid of Boost, bring in BOA, and sign me up for life.

I’ve worn the 360 series for a few years and they keep getting better with each generation, most comfortable shoes I’ve had. And these new ones without the seams is much improved looks wise. Looking forward to a new pair next season I guess.

They look more like the old Tour360, which were a cleaner look without the seems. Me likey.

Same shoe they’ve had for like ten years. Cool

‘Boost technology’ in golf shoes? Do they increase your height by several inches?
