First Look: 2013 Cobra AMP Cell Pro Irons
Ever since we got a look at Rickie Fowler’s forged Cobra blades last year, we’ve been waiting for Cobra to release a new set of forged blades. Well, the wait is over. Check out these pictures of the new Cobra AMP Cell Pro Irons that Rickie Fowler, Ian Poulter and Jonas Blixt have been busy testing this fall.
These aren’t Fowler’s butter knives from 2012, but don’t fret. Fowler’s exact irons will be available through custom in Spring 2013, and will likely be priced at $899.
Look for the AMP Cell Pro Irons to officially launch in late March for $899.

Nice. They look like Trusty Rusty wedges morphed into irons.

looks like a rip off of the nike pro combos with the CB long irons and the blades in the short

Nike didn’t invent the mixed cavity & blade set. Wilson made the staff progressives in the early 90′s or before Nike was in the club making business. Then there was the titleist 731 that were Phil Mickelsons before he left for callaway. So no they are not a ripoff of Nike pro combos.
