I’m Harry Arnett, the EVP of Marketing for Callaway. I’ve been at Callaway since July. I’m an avid golfer, have been in the industry for a while, and have been a lurker on this particular site and a big fan for quite some time. As part of introducing the new Callaway Golf Company to everyone, we spoke with the Golfwrx powers-that-be and thought it’d be a cool idea to have an official presence on the site (and others, potentially, as well). We’ll be here in case there’s anything that we’d like to clear up in the chatter amongst Golfwrx as well as answer any Callaway specific questions anybody might have. I’ll be on here in person and you’ll see an official Callaway username pop up here too.
We know this is really unconventional and our goal here is just give you guys some access to our company, our products, and our coming attractions…We’re trying to do things differently, obviously, and we believe that being available and a part of the community of people that are most passionate about our game is necessary and critical. We’ll see how it goes. If it’s lame, we’ll stop!
