I play that same hybrid and putter… I love this site, but never change my equipment very much – my newest club is a 913D3 driver.

I love this bag.
And I have to say, for the many members here who closely follow the WITB reports from the PGA Tour, what you see there is slightly unreal compared to the rest of the golfing world. By that, I mean the bags filled with all-new, one-brand, latest-model clubs.
Go to a US Am, an NCAA event, and most especially a Mid-Am event (the further away from “sponsorships,” the better) and every bag you see will look something like this. A good, 3- or 4-year old driver. An even older 3-wood. A largely stock set of Titleist irons. A funky hybrid that somebody fell in love with, that looks like hell but fills the player with confidence. A trusted putter that helped the player win in past years, which is why he is playing in the tournament you are now watching. Different brands, different years, but all reliable in that player’s mind. Old friends.
