Tuesday’s photos from the 2016 Valspar Championship
GolfWRX is live from the 2016 Valspar Championship at Innisbrook Resort (Copperhead) in Palm Harbor, Florida. The course will play as a 7,340-yard par-71 for the tournament.

At last year’s event, Jordan Spieth beat out Patrick Reed and Sean O’Hair in a playoff to capture his second PGA Tour title. As defending champion and now the world No. 1-ranked golfer in the world, Spieth will be back in the field this year along with Reed (No. 10) and O’Hair.
Also in this year’s field is Henrik Stenson (No. 7), Danny Willett (No. 11), Matt Kuchar (No. 28) and Justin Thomas (No. 31).

GolfWRX was on site for the golf business’s annual winter rite: the PGA Merchandise Show.
While the weather was less than cooperative for demo day, there were no such difficulties inside the Orange County Convention Center. This isn’t to say there weren’t significant figurative headwinds influencing this year’s Show, but those are widely discussed elsewhere. Our duty here was merely to document, and that is what we did to the tune of more than 1,500 photos, below.

Are companies like Nike really giving a shi$ how their player clubs look like in terms of paint job? If my clubs looked like this club above I would not be happy. Please, surely they could give those clubs a cleaner look – ok for Wedges but not foiron set.
