Ontic Putters claim this design both lower the heel and toe sole areas and add additional mass weight in those areas for improved MOI stability. They say it is the only putter designed to rest flat to the surface, allowing every golfer to “key in” their precise lie angle. Consistent lie angle equals consistent set-up, and consistent set-up.

While on the range at the WGC they actually fit my lie angle with the moveable head. They also can change the weight of the head by changing the weights.

They claim a precise lie angle is critical in the putter custom-fitting process. They focused on face loft and putter length. They machine 2.5 degrees of loft on putters.
