Maybe everyone was reaching for the Fast 12 Series but Zak and I were hunting for the Super Fairway and Super Hybrid, which were in short supply. Jeff from Adams was able to track down one of each so we could hit them. These are badass just based on the sole plate alone. Zak stepped into a bay and was lacing high, low spin bombs that traveled forever. Real Fubuki too — not some ‘made for’ shaft. Not that this was a surprise, but they really stood out.

Greg interviewed Justin from Adams and it’s a good watch. Good insight on the technology.

Stay away from this one. Got it for the great shaft but it just doesn’t have the balance and feel of my 909 F2 Titleist. It is long off the tee but awful off the deck where the F2 shines from both. Ordered a new Nike VR Pro Limited Edition 15 X Stiff from GS $123 shipped direct from Nike. Wanted to trade the Adams in on the Nike but Golfsmith didn’t have that club on their acceptable club trade page even though they sell the Adams, they have too many and won’t take them on trade. WTF. Seems like every time I try something other than Titleist woods and Mizuno irons i’m disappointed. Nike VR Pro LE should be here by weeks end. Weird torque rating on the A’hina made for shaft at 5.1 for stiff and x stiff. Seems way high but I love the Diamana real deal and
Titleist made for shafts. Great products.
