I remember the days before we moved the family to Tucson, Arizona a few years back. After viewing your photos it makes me jealous. That was one course I wanted to play but didn't. Words sometimes don't do things this beautiful justice. One of my favorites up that way is Black Forest. The city it's in isn't coming to mind where it's located.
