I play the CB-501 Miura’s, and they are great irons. The PP-9003 are even more forgiving. They are as forgiving as any iron in the market. Don’t be afraid of them!

Agree with Jimmy. I have different models of Miura irons (CBs and PP9003) and I could honestly say that PP9003 are more forgiving even the straight neck hosel model. Very nice looking set of mean irons.

refreshing to see a unique bag for once. I feel like the WITB is getting more and more like walking through a golf store and just simply looking at the newest releases from TM, Cally, or Titleist. Nobody seems to have a unique setup anymore. Its as if they just show up at the course and Taylor Made has a new bag full of new clubs for the players. “Hey we came out with a new driver again yesterday so….you have to play it.”

I just found some of my old stash of Golf Digest back when they first started the WITB (mid 90s) and it is so cool to see all of the unique bag configurations. Lead tape on everything, holes drilled in clubs, tour issue/custom stuff that you have never seen…

Agreed, they are very nice, The pp9003 are actually alot more forgiving then they appear, One of the regulars i play with has them, 12 handicap and he doesnt get punished with bad swings, but his are not the long necks. I heard that long necks are tougher to draw because of the COG changes that come along with longer hosels.

I have the miura tournament blades and they are great. Feel, sound, trajectory, looks etc. I know the razor blade look of the long irons is not for everyone but really I don’t know how one uses the big clunky heads
